The concept around this house was ‘Minimalism’ with its clean and structured layout. Heavy textures and modern detailing add to the aesthetic of the house. The furniture in the house follows the subtle minimalist theme, with floating TV units and complimenting tables in the living room. The home also features a modern bar and kitchen unit. Outside, the house opens to a deck area which has been landscaped to allow for plenty of natural light and greenery inside.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms have different colour palettes. One bedroom is a soft pink combined with grey and brown accents, perfectly fitting in with the minimal and clean theme of the house. Despite its minimalism, the house still gives off a warm and cozy atmosphere. The second bedroom has a more luxurious vibe, with rich colours and fabrics. The room is complemented with deep solid colours and brass detailing.
Throughout the house, some common themes can be seen such as textured walls, black detailing, and accents. These all help to create a modern and clean look. Marble textures are repeated through the space – best seen on the white and grey wall behind the TV.
Terrace Waterfall
One of the most interesting features of the house is the terrace waterfall with a vertical garden. This adds to the warmth that radiates through the home, making it a truly unique and inviting space for the family to enjoy.
