The next phase of our process involves 3D modelling and crafting captivating concepts and layouts, breathing life into your space with precision and creativity.

Continuing the journey, we bring the vision to life by creating a realistic 3D rendering of the final design. This detailed representation incorporates all the agreed-upon changes, allowing our clients to vividly visualise the space and have a clear understanding of what to expect.
4. Material Selection
Next, we curate a selection of fabrics, wood finishes, stones, and other meticulously chosen materials. This crucial step, often following the concept phase, ensures that every element harmoniously comes together.
5. Drawings & Details
To ensure flawless execution on-site, we create a comprehensive drawing docket. This detailed blueprint encompasses floor plans, electrical layouts, elevations, furniture specifications, flooring details, finishes, lighting plans (including sampled fixtures), and other essential drawings. This documentation serves as a guide, ensuring seamless implementation of the design vision within the space.
6. Bill of Quantity
Moving forward, we prepare a final bill of quantities, documenting the products, finishes, vendors, quantities, and costs. This comprehensive record enables us to track the progress on-site as we coordinate and make weekly visits, ensuring seamless execution of the project while staying within budget.
